Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all resin bottles, molds, and pigments are tightly sealed and protected.

  Ship the Items

  Attach the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
